I'm so full from my prata bomb, and I only ate 2/3 of it. DID YOU KNOW THE YELLOW CHAIRS STALL IN SIMPANG IS GONE! Now it's some funny blue chairs Hong Kong dim sum thing. I live so freaking near and I didn't even know! And I love the yellow chairs shop =( Tonight we ate at Spize (is that how it's spelt!). Finally we go back to Simpang, after the last few times in Geylang and at Sin Hoi Sai (Katong) =)
Tmr is going to be a more-tiring-than-I-would-like day. A lot of phone calls to make, need to send my bro's dsa form to various JCs, hopefully get my ass to pilates latest by 1:15. Then need to go to FTB Camp at ECP then Zouk =)
Now attempting to proof-read my bro's personal statement. Then I guess I should sleep early and wake up early tmr.
My bro, mummy and I had a mini-excursion today. To send in my bro's dsa forms to the different JCs. Bro and I took MRT to Clementi, and when we were at Tanjong Pagar, he realized he didn't bring the forms. WTH right. But my mummy was already at the clementi shopping centre place waiting for us, so we continued there and we ate long john's. Then drove all the way home, grab the forms, then back on the road again. Ended up with Wee Nam Kee chicken rice at Thomson =) Dinner at 530pm. Haha. So early.
A few days ago, I decided to work f-ing hard this coming sem. I used to be contented with being an average student. I don't even want to study law in the first place, and I'm still not sure if I want to be a lawyer. But after thinking a bit. I think my GPA in Sem 1 is pure shit (very little people actually know what the actual number is), and Sem 2's GPA proved that I was better than that (3.4). But I still don't think that I should be content with it. It's not good, but it's acceptable. And since I have proven that I am better than this, next Sem, I want to catch up, and I want something more. I secretly have a number that I want, won't tell anyone =) But I will work towards it, and if it means clubbing once in 2 months during term, so be it.
Tried calling the bf. And he doesn't want to wake up. ARGH. I don't know why I don't feel like sleeping.

Okay, since I promised I'll recount yesterday's stuff, here they are!
Sunday started out with the bf's soccer match being cancelled, something about the pitch being waterlogged (which I guess = the field is too muddy and soft?). So we ended up at his house. Then flowers were delivered to his house!! =) 12 pink roses =) Pretty =) With the white fluffy thing which I totally think is soo cute! Then I officially got my HOT PINK IPOD NANO with all my favourite songs all inside =) Then I took a nap. I slept sooo late the night before trying to finish our 2nd album =) Pictures soon. Then he told me we're going to Morton's. Me not surprised since he wanted steak and I specifically wanted tenderloin =)
Dinner:
What can I say about Morton's? ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Definitely in the Top 5 best dinner experiences (food and service and everything is soo wonderful) I ever had. Maybe the best actually =) He booked before hand, and he said it's our 2nd anniversary, and when the person on the phone asked "wedding anniversary?", he said yes. HAHA. So funny. So I was attempting to play the part of some old married wife. Then throughout the whole night, waitresses and waiters kept coming over to wish us one of the below:

I seriously had to try very hard not to laugh out loud every time. Haha. Their service is sooo personalized. We had a specially printed out menu with "Happy 2nd wedding anniversary, Jonathan and Tina - 27th June 2010" on the top, specially for us to bring home as a keepsake. Then there was the push-cart where they introduced all their steaks, fish, soups, lobster. All were real, as in it was a real whole lobster and the meat were obviously real. So we ate this special Steak and Seafood set. Consists of a salad (which was enough for 3 people), Single cut fillet mignon (tenderloin!), a potato dish (can choose from baked, mashed, etc, etc, got 7 types if I remember correctly), and one seafood dish (choose from: colossal shrimp [3 giant ones like the kind you prawn], crab cake [no idea what's that], broiled sea scallops [3 giant scallops wrapped in yummy bacon]). I got the shrimp. I actually am a bit bewildered as to why it's called shrimp, cause when you say shrimp, I always imagine small prawns, but these were giants! So it's $95 per person. The portions are sooo gigantic that it's like eating a buffet. Had to pack stuff home, totally only finished half. They actually keep suggesting that we pack the stuff, we didn't even know you could pack it. Then it was time for dessert! MY FAVOURITE PART OF ANY MEAL =) We had a complimentary dessert since it was our anniversary but I ordered a Creme brulee too! Couldn't resist! The dessert was a chocolate cake oozing with chocolate fudge (I'm sure it has a nicer name but I can't remember) and a scoop of heavenly vanilla ice cream. And because it's our anniversary, they wrote "Happy 2nd Wedding Anniversary! Jonathan heart Tina" around the plate in chocolate fudge! So sweet of them =) Refer to photo below! By then I was getting quite used to "being married". HAHA. Then they came over and requested to take a picture for us. We were still wondering why the wanted a picture, then once again, surprised =) They gave us a card with our picture inside wishing us a happy anniversary again! (picture below!) Seriously, IF YOU HAVE SOME SPECIAL OCCASION SOON OR WHENEVER, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO TO MORTON'S =) I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT PRAISES FOR THE PLACE =)

Went back to bf's house to watch Germany kick ass! Haha, with 3 other friends =) But very funny. Because Germany kept winning then only Carina and I were damn happy. Bf's friends now unhappy with England, and the bf was happy that Klose and don't-know-who scored cause he bet them as top-scorers. Then Carina came over and we played Band Hero until god-knows-what-time.

This is quite a foreign situation for me lately. I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do tomorrow. Feels so weird?
PS: So happy and touched today =) Full of funny things during dinner. Blog about it tmr since I'm apparently sooo bloody free. If you haven't got what day it was, 27.06 2nd anniversary. Omg, and we spent a bloody bomb on dinner. And my cool ipod actually has in-built speakers?!?!? I love you silly babes.
Course offerings for next sem is out! I do not want to go back to school =(

I guess I can be quite insistent sometimes. When I really want something done some particular way or some particular thing. I try all ways to "persuade" so in the end I get what I wanted. I obviously don't always succeed, but I still try anyway. Then other times, I can be totally neutral about something. Like do whatever you want, I have no opinion about it.
Anyway, fulfilled my birthday candles obsession at spotlight PS today =) I bought more than 30 candles. Yes I do realize that my birthday is a million months away but they were too pretty to resist and I always wanted them anyway =) I almost bought glow-in-the-dark candles, before I wondered why would you ever need one? Haha. Before that we had dinner at Charly T's, not bad okay! It's something like kenny rogers! Better than I expected, and their chocolate waffle with vanilla ice cream is omg. Then went to meet Vinay and Liesel to watch Letters to Juliet at Cine while the bf went to watch a very boring soccer match at Heeren. HAHA. The movie was very nice =) It's the perfect kind to go on a date, and the places look sooo much like Italy, until Liesel and Vinay told me it was in Italy. You two had a good laugh huh! At least I recognized that they looked very alike! Then met the bf again and went to his house to get my pink balloon which I forgot to take home yesterday and started to sort out all my foam alphabets which I bought from spotlight.
Cross my fingers for Sunday night! I'm fine with Prime Society, but you know where I really really want to go.

I might not have clubbed but I still reach home the same time as if I did. Wanted to go but didn't feel like it. Then, didn't feel like going home so I camped over at bf's house till now, his room is sooooo cold and he says it's okay? I actually wore my jacket the whole time while hiding under the blanket=) We went to watch Knight and Day. Not very nice but not very bad. Okay I guess? Toy Story still rocks anyone's ass any day. The best part of today was I forgot to bring my keys. My keys were in one of my bags and I supposed they were with me. Had to call my house for 10mins before my bro woke up to let me in. Sorry!!
I was actually damn irritated with something. But I think I freaking can't be bothered to pick a fight. Seriously?!?!?

Anyway, we were recounting some of the times. How the bf thinks that there was no need to ask, and when I informed him that he had to. And apparently he now claims that he was actually nervous before asking me (so cute), then how I tortured him by asking for reasons. HAHA. I was quite evil. Then before that was the times we clubbed together. How he tried explaining this very funny dessert at the restaurant he asked. He now blames me for not being willing to try some which resulted in us not ordering it. Haha. But you know, it was in flames!! Like right beside your table. Quite a shocker actually =) Don't exactly know where the restaurant is, in some ulu building in orchard that you'll never guess had a nice cosy restaurant in it. If I'm not wrong it's Russian, but it's really steak and fish and stuff, maybe the soup is Russian, you can tell I obviously do not know what kind of food is Russian. When I think of Russia, I think of snow and bears. We actually went to the zoo that day, and he made me take a picture with the pigs because he said I was just like them. But the pigs weren't the ordinary pink pigs, they were some pigs that did not look like pigs and they had beards. Okay. Shall not bore anyone with my memories though they are all special to me =) Shall try to fall asleep =)
Suspect I was quite stoned yesterday. How come apparently got so many things happen and I didn't even realize anything? I also didn't finish my pork satay at supper =( Don't know why, maybe I was too tired luh. Then I made both of them drive around to see the prostitutes at Geylang. HAHA. Looked like all were out in full force. Then on the way home, realized that the CD had In My Head, and wanted to keep repeating it. But since I was being driven around, I was nice and only repeated it like 3 times =) Oh ya. And I made everyone excited about toto and so now Vinay is going to buy some too! And I get a Miu Miu if he wins!
Have to go back to school at 7pm till god-knows-what am. Hopefully it turns out okay.
Did my half half nails again yesterday since I was getting quite sick of my nail with glitter and we were in far east anyway. Now its like strawberry chupa chups. Carina did this green thing, which reminds me of some deep-lake-monster. But okay, I'm biased against green. I hate green actually. I don't have green stuff, and I never ever buy green stuff, and at I refused to eat the Indian fish yesterday cause it was green. HAHA. As in a green fish is so weird can!
Still 0% finished on 4 cards and a book, and haven't thought of where to go this Sunday, or next Sat. Hope I don't get abducted later while getting my car from Raffles City in the am. Do you think the Macs there is 24 hours!! Egg mcmuffin and a coke =)

Today I also realized that June is ending, which means omg, we have only 1 and a 1/2 months of holidays left. WHAT?!?! I don't want to ever go back to school for goodness sake! =( I thought 4 months is an extremely long time! What happened!
I also figured I have accomplished NOTHING this hols so far. Unless you want to count shopping/eating/clubbing/watching teevee. Anyway this is my last play holiday =( Going to start doing serious things from next hols onwards. Then it's off to my forever boring life of contracts and suing people. It's not that I hate what I'm studying. It's just I can't imagine how interesting working is going to be. I can imagine practically all jobs are boring. But I don't like studying either. Haha. I just like holidays.
I have also since screwed up my body clock because I can't seem to fall asleep before 3am at least. Have been having lots of 4am and 5am nights. Whether I'm out, at home, or whatever, I just can't really sleep till then. This sucks. Shall go read The Newpaper now and try to make myself sleepy.
Was pissed with the bf on friday night. But he was soo nice to apologize so sweetly. Like you babes =)
Anyway, am so glad that we decided to bail on zouk tonight. I think I would have fell asleep on the dancefloor! Think I didn't realize how tired I was and I just crashed just now after father's day dinner. The kind of sleep when your eyes really can't open. So now I'm kind of awake since I was asleep for the last 3 hours after which I drove home and the radio was playing all the clubbing songs =) Another father's day dinner tmr (sunday) and I bought my dad a very cute card. One part says "thanks for being such a generous sponsor!" How apt right! Haha.
I can't believe what I just found out today! Why like that!! It totally just made what I thought was a really really weird anomaly become a common occurrence?!?!?? Mildly disappointed. WTH. I know it has nothing to do with me but WHY LIKE THAT.

Going to eat lunch at Indian Times with Liesel and her friend on Monday. The only Indian food I used to know was prata. After the last time we all went to eat, I realized there are soooo much more stuff to eat. Haha, and it was sooo yummy too!
Today is such a happy day =) Even though I only slept from 5am to 9am yesterday night. I lasted through the whole day! Went town with Carina at 2pm and shopped and walked till 7pm. Then I drove home and spent 1 hour watching CSI, then I went out at 9pm to town again to meet Tifen to watch the killers! Haha. Super funny. I went crazy over the red open top ferrari, Tifen went crazy over A Kutcher. Then we figured our way to Newton Food Centre (whose pork satays totally fail) because Tifen needed some oyster omelette and stingray in the middle of the night. Totally reminds me of the demand for Tian Tian Steamboat at 3am. HAHA. Laugh laugh laugh and talk talk talk. Then proceeded with our long drive to Yishun and my loooooonnnggg drive back home. Radio music was horrible on the way home.
Will try to go pilates. But somehow I feel that I'll be soooo lazy to get out of bed. Too tired to function properly already. My brother msged me at 12mn to ask me if I could get macs for him?!?! Haha. He's on holiday and he sleeps even later than I sleep.

I seriously really do not like alcohol. And everyone was so evil to refuse to drink the shots for me. Which caused me to be haha slightly high and then they attempt to tell me that 2 non-coloured shots is actually only 1 alcohol and 1 water?!?! Eh, I might be high but I am not tricked so easily okay. Why the hell would anyone pour water with alcohol?!?! By the time we got through all the finding of people, attempting to run away from the alcohol, finally finishing the alcohol at winebar, it was freaking 2am already. Super not normal since we're normally in by 12:30am. Then usual dim sum supper at 3:45am.
I am supposed to wake up at 12noon. BUT SOMES STUPID PERSON DECIDED TO CALL MY HOUSE AT 9AM (prob my maid's friend) THEN THE BEST PART, THE PERSON HUNG UP EXACTLY WHEN I DECIDED TO GO FIND THE PHONE TO ANSWER IT. So now I'm super awake. Bf has SAF ward duty today =( And I actually thought we could go watch a movie or sth because he forgot to tell me until like 2 days ago! Then some big shot going to his camp so cannot have his half day off on Fri. Seriously!?!
Oh, and I lasted 1 hour in my insanely high heels and gave up to pumps. I know I'm useless, haha. But seriously! Mine was damn high and the rest only wearing like 2.5inches. Not fair.
And my mummy is in China for 2 weeks! Haha, means I have the car to go anywhere I want! NO MORE PUBLIC TRANSPORT FOR AWHILE. Got squashed in a MRT last week! Haha.
Going out to town later. Got blackmailed into going to Pink Parlour instead of Strip.
After 2 bloody hours. I have narrowed down to less then ten chinese restaurants for father's day dinner which is by the looks of it, obviously going to burn through my pocket. Now just waiting for them to email me their set menu. Lunches are soo much cheaper but lunch is weird? Anyway not free for lunch so it will have to be dinner.

Saturday, June 12, 2010 You are a shooting star, that's why you are my favourite.
If you know me well enough, you'll know I love soccer. (and obviously my chel and ballack) But omg, world cup?!?!? And ballack is not even playing =( Got forced to watch the first match just now. Bf kept waking me because er, I did promise to watch it. I know NO ONE in the whole match, and there was NO ONE interesting to look at, and NOTHING was particularly interesting. What a start. I think I rather watch a movie or something! Then on the way home, the songs on radio were terrible. But we discovered that 91.3 plays house/hip hop remixes! Some are not bad! Question! How on earth do you dance house?!?!? If I weren't so pissed and left at 1am on the steve aoki day, I would have gone to check out how exactly people dance to it. Haha. Tifen said there was a lot of jumping around?!!? Haha.
Tifen was so nice to accompany me in town for like 2 hours today. Think we are like 2 crazy people when we go shopping.
She was soo impressed with my self-control. HAHA. I only bought 1 dress! Refused to even look at the clothes in some shops, in case I see and fall in love with something! She brought me to eat at this ice shaving shop at the basement of far east. Yummy! Like a million times better than I expected! My expectation was very low, and I was thinking of eating something else after in case it was not nice. But seriously! Chocolate fudge + condensed milk + bananas + ice shavings = WONDERFUL. Now I not only love the pontian wanton mee there but also the ice shavings shop too! The wantons are like seriously yummy. We got so excited thinking about food, then proceeded for sausage and mash from chippys! I think the chippy's one is better than the one at zouk, though I still love it when we don't go eat dim sum after clubbing. I love dim sum better! 4am dim sums! Okay, I shall not get so excited if not I'll end up hungry.
Then Italian for dinner cause I needed some lasagne. Not nice =( I actually just want a pizza hut lasagne, relatively cheap and unauthentic lasagne. So I had churros in the end since we were in clarke quay. I actually wanted SHIRAZ. OMG LOVE SHIRAZ WRAPS. But I was too full to stomach anymore food so I had to give it up =( =(
Suspect our L4D2/movie outing on Monday is still on right! I hate being the zombies. Last week we got totally killed like shit by Julian and Amelia. Sam totally improved while playing and Bing lun was just shaking his head every time we all died. 3 hours plus of L4D2 is damn tiring. It's like adrenaline all the way and once you stop you feel so tired. Like I really was killing stuff.
Decided I should try to sleep earlier from now on. Watching 90210 and NCIS and a few others till 4am for so many nights is not a good idea =)
Which company/luckydraw/person/friend sent frolick vouchers in a brown envelope with no explanation whatsoever inside and no return address/name???
Tmr is going to be a nightmare. Errands are seriously piling up and since I am on holiday and jobless, I'm like everyone's PA, personal shopper and driver. 4 main unmovable activities. Then need to fit errands into the spare slots.

I just came home =) Liesel and Vinay practically forced me to go out for dinner WHEN I ALREADY ATE MY DINNER AT HOME. So I had little choice but to take bus 31 to meet them at parkway and eat dinner again at Waraku. Made them share with my the bacon-wrap-quail-egg thing and the super huge tempura sushi plate thing =) Then we walked around the whole of parkway (which has changed like super damn lot since the last time I was there = more than 1/2 year ago) and watched this super stupid/funny advert at harvey norman! Then we went to grab bubble tea from my fav bubble tea shop! I have never ever heard of koi bubble tea when I was in vjc okay. There's only the one I like, sweet talk in the hawker, and each a cup. WHERE GOT KOI BUBBLE TEA! NEVER HEARD OF IT. Haha. Anyway Vinay was so nice to take the same bus as me =) Keep telling me about the funny stories in court. Some seriously HUH?!? ones. Apparently like long time ago, the judges were quite fierce and would scold the lawyers when they said stupid things! Judge: Where were you when they were handing out brains! Haha. Maybe the answer could be: Oh, I went shopping instead! HAHA.

I am supposed to be sleeping. But I somehow can't sleep. I walked into a coffee table today, now my right knee hurts like shit. I really think tables are really hazardous, esp coffee tables, because they are low and you don't really take notice if you're about to kick it or not. I think I always kick stuff because I don't pay attention at all. Maybe I'm the hazardous one.
I have potentially nothing to do tmr until evening =) Which means sleeping in and watching teevee when my stomach finally persuades myself to get out of bed =) Then need to fight with everyone to squeeze on the MRT during rush hour. Not exactly ideal but oh well! Ate the Upp Thomson chicken rice for dinner =) =) My fav black sauce chicken was sold out by the time we got there =( We were late luh, was almost 9pm already.
AND I SUCCESSFULLY PARALLEL PARKED MY CAR DAMN NICELY TODAY. STRAIGHT. NOT STICKING OUT OF THE LOT. WOOHOO. Bf was somewhat impressed (because for once he didn't criticize my parking skills). I should have taken a photo for you all! But I didn't bring my camera =( But I still don't want to drive when we go Geylang for supper okay! There damn stressful to park parallel, like any time also can bang people/cars/dustbins.
My mummy took my cosmopolitans to read. Then she told me not to read all the "disgusting stuff". Haha. Then she asked me why do I need to buy 2 cosmo mags and both are June 2010 (one is US, one is AUS). Then continued to ask me if I have a lot of money to buy soo many mags. HAHA.
Today was such a busy/tiring day considering that I am a walking-sick-person. It's like one moment I have to be here, the next I have to go fetch someone, then after I'm running late for something else. Only until after dinner that I feel better. Tried the Italian/Spanish place at Taka basement, the one that replaced my wonderful pasta shop =( Not bad luh. Okay. Then went Mandarin Gallery to SHOP. Ya, actually I am personally very scared of this kind of places. I never know if I'm going to fall in love with another bag or something. So scary. But I think it's not as bad as ION. ION is seriously a killer. I was seduced by this Miu Miu bag last week. I am trying very hard not to think about it and it seems to be working and anyway I have no money for it so just as well =) But Mandarin Gallery has this VERY VERY PRETTY craft shop at level 3! Apparently it's the same as the one in Cathay! But everything is just so nice. STICKERS, LABELS, INVITES, PAPER, OMG AWESOME. Then after all that, I was attracted to a lingerie shop on the same level. All the pretty stuff. Satin ribbons, white semi-transparent whatever-material. I couldn't walk out without buying something =) I WANT THE WHOLE SHOP. This is why everyone should be wary about bringing me shopping. Haha. But that's all. No other shop in MG manages to cause me to be unable to let go of anything, so no big damage =) No damage at all actually =)
And went to visit Lilin at her restaurant in Sentosa today! The chocolate cake dessert can seriously kill!!! Can't describe it in words =) And it comes with vanilla ice cream! Haha. Dessert always makes me the most excited =D I think I feel happy just thinking about dessert. Yesterday night I dreamt I was eating the guo tie from our after-zouk-dim-sum-shop. Was sick and dying yesterday night. Surprised I was well enough to get out today. How many of the chloroperamine can I eat in a day? I got no idea of the dosage so I assume it's every 6 hours like panadol?!?! I'm still alive =) I bet I caught the stupid flu from Carina.
I hate the feeling of waiting for something, knowing that the something might not even happen.
Need to be at Dhoby at 1pm. But I'm so bloody lazy to get out of the house. Bleah. I actually don't really feel like doing anything. I want to sleep. Ya, I'll probably change my mind once I get my ass out the front door.
