Kiss me on the sidewalk

I'm off to Bintan in less than 8 hours time! =D My bags are packed except for the toothbrush/handphone charger kind of stuff. I'm still downstairs munching on chocolate teddy biscuits. GOD I LOVE TEDDY BISCUITS. The ones that come in the blue packets! Trying really hard to resist munching down the entire packet. RESIST. Decided to do a picture post before I leave! Will be back on Saturday night!! =D

This is my HUGE vanilla milkshake! Apparently the lunch set comes with a free drink! And not the cheapo kind, IT WAS ANY DRINK. So obviously I went for the milkshake which costs $6+, Liesel went for the most expensive milkshake at $7+. HAHA.

Wednesday Supper!

The BF's food. I already ate dinner so I couldn't make myself stomach a burger, so I opted for Starbucks since there was one right next to the Carls Junior drive thru at Big Splash! I also brought beanie to the BF's house for his own mini-hamster-holiday! He even gets to sleep in air-con, such bliss. Actually, beanie sleeps in air-con every night!

Even brighter than the moon

It's 11:25am and I'm in the school library studying in my little quiet cubicle with my iPod and my in-ear ear phones. It's oddly therapeutic. I'm only blogging because I need a case for civil procedure and lawnet has decided to hang on me of all times -_- Plus I can't find this article that I need to read -_-

Anyway, just finished my FT Interview test an hour ago. I think it went okay just that... I FORGOT TO LINK THE COMPETENCY TO MY OWN EXPERIENCE. OMG. Thank god content is only 7%. CROSSING FINGERS THAT MY PROF WON'T REALIZE. Hiya, but he probably will since he has been thinking this for years. Bleah. But never mind, don't think it was that bad after all!

ON OTHER NEWS. I am going to Bintan tomorrow!!! SUPER EXCITED! Okay fine, it's only for 2D1N but hey hey, it's still a holiday! Can't wait to lie on the beach, lie at the poolside, eat some super fresh seafood, and just laze around resort style! Holiday + new camera = LOTS OF PICTURES COMING. Haha! I'll be coming back to the reality that I have two 3000 word research papers to write but oh well, SHALL NOT THINK ABOUT THEM TILL THEN.

Shall go book my nail appointment now. PLEASE HAVE A SLOT FOR ME. I cannot stand my nails any much longer!

From today! Went to SIM to visit the bf and have lunch because he has a 2 hour break in between lessons!

My 2 stuffed reindeers! Some people actually said that they know it's my car because they see the reindeers in it!

BF happily declares that he took an unglam photo of me trying to re-organize my hair!

Realized that he was wearing a blue tee so used the blue effect! (No idea what's it's called! haha! It comes in red/green/yellow/etc too!)

We went to this cafe called Romulus. I can't remember whether it's in Ngee Ann Poly or SIM! They have this thing that lights up and vibrates really hard when your food is ready for you to go collect it at the counter! Same as those you commonly find in Australia!

BF wants me to show that he is carrying 2 trays! Haha, so cute.

This is still from today but after I went home from SIM. It is seriously a really LONG drive from SIM to my house. Bleah.

This and the few blur others were taken with the normal mode on my camera! Soyabeanie moves at lightning fast speed and has lots of tiny quick actions which makes it look blur!

This was only taken after I change to sports mode! To catch quick actions! I think I really made his cage like some cool bachelor's pad can! Any female hamsters would be super attracted to him I bet! Blue and green clear plastic cage which looks space-ship-like, with fluffy blue bedding, a green castle with matching green bowl, plus a really cool wheel as an extension!

Slow day

I have more pictures taken with my camera but I'm lazy to upload them!! Anyway, I went to study at the airport with my brother yesterday night! Haha. Weird but okay luh! Haha. And I am now very very sure that I like Starbuck's Vanilla frappe better than Coffee Bean's Vanilla Ice-blend!

Oh ya, PLEASE NEVER EVER DRINK CHAMPAGNE WHEN YOU HAVE A SORE THROAT. It literally BURNS your throat as it goes down. Don't know if it's the champagne or just that I was half-sick, after that I had a very bad headache that caused me to become non-functioning and I went home from work at 230am! And the cab driver has terrible driving skills that made me feel even sicker!?!?!? His hands kept changing the direction of the steering wheel so the cab kept making this quick nippy kind of direction changes! SUPER DIZZY AFTER THAT. SERIOUSLY UNCLE, KEEP YOUR HANDS STEADY CAN. Omg.

Went to Paramount for lunch just now cause the whole family was craving for peking duck!! Ate super lots of my favourite things! PEKING DUCK, E-FU NOODLES, CHAR SIEW PAU, FRIED SHRIMP DUMPLING WITH SALAD SAUCE, YANG ZOU FRIED RICE. Super happy!

New love!

Just got my new baby yesterday!!! Bought this! Sony Nex-C3

Finally decided to fork out the money to buy the double lens kit although the guy said that for normal day to day point and shoot stuff, the pancake lens should be good enough!! And yes, I bought the pink one! Actually it doesn't really make sense to buy the black although that was what I was looking for at first! Because the silver part at the top will still remain silver even if you bought the C3 in black! So I decided to get the pink one instead! MUAHAAH. SUPER HAPPY RIGHT NOW! Okay, MUST TELL MY STORY FIRST.

So the idea of yesterday was to go funan to check out and scout for low prices first. Then study there and decide if I was willing pay for it. So there I was walking around with more than 1K in my wallet (not very scary luh) which is really is weird to me cause I normally only carry less than 20 bucks in cash. Then I found 2 shops with the lowest prices and went to sit at Macdonalds to study and have an oreo mcflurry. Kept thinking about it and consulted multiple persons on whether I should buy it now. In the end, I decided not to and went to the 2nd level which has a cash deposit machine to deposit my cash since I wasn't going to buy it right! THEN, I SAW THE "SORRY BUT THIS MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE " SIGN ON THE CASH DEPOSIT MACHINE. BUT HEY, JUST 2 HOURS AGO, WHEN I WALKED PAST IT, IT WAS WORKING FINE! THAT WAS WHEN I DECIDED THAT IT'S FATE TELLING ME THAT I SHOULD GET THE CAMERA RIGHT THEN AND THERE. Haha. Yays!

Seriously, the intelligent auto mode is like super smart-ass. LOVES.

Okay, now I need to study REALLY REALLY REALLY hard for evidence mids because I have lots hours trawling camera websites/shops and just doing nothing but think about my camera. AHHA.
