Law BFFs

Brunch date with the law friends tomorrow (today)! I have such a big eggs benny craving since 2 weeks ago. I AM FINALLY GOING TO HAVE IT LATER. Talking about them, we (Vinay, Amanda, Angeline, Liesel, Eugene and I) took grad photos together a few week back and we finally got the pictures!! Am super pleased with the photos! =D

I insisted that we should take off our shoes because it was quite scary standing up on the SMU sign! The guys refused so they decided to point to us and make the smelly sign -_-

I think this is actually a promotional-worthy photo. HAAHH. We look so professional!

The photographer thought we should take one "admiring" the guys. HAAH.

We managed to take a few shots standing/sitting on the stones because we were um, chased down by the security guards. HAHA.

My mummy loves this photo! Haha, we all took the same photo with the rest of us as "extras" in the background!

Then we decided to go take pictures in the middle of Stamford Road. HAHA. This is the traffic light crossing between Law school and the Library! It was very tiring! We only had time to take one shot at every green light so we had to keep "running out-posing-running back" just to get everything right! HAHAH. But it was damn funny cause there were cars in the background and all! Yeah and I'm jumping in 5inch heels. #levelup

Catch-up

Spent most of the weekend watching rugby and soccer with the boyfriend and friends/family. The sports channels are the most watched channels at his house. Mine's always on the 500s and 600s. With the EPL and Rugby Championships all started, it seems like there's going to be many more sports weekends! We had hotdogs and burgers at half time! OMNOMNOMS. I'm definitely not the masterchef in this relationship (or for any relationship HAHA)! The boyfriend made me a beef burger with caramelized onions, portobello mushrooms and cheese! Forgot to take a picture though! =(

Had dinner with the Snowmen from Zouk =) It's always good to meet up with them! We had zi char at FEP that was really yummy! Better than I expected! Haven't exactly went back to Zouk properly since I left! The eve of Hari Raya was super packed! Only Tifen and her BF went in. The rest of us went straight to supper at Swee Choon after see the crazy crowds! HAHA. #gluttons.

Okay, need to continue with work from tutorials. SIGH. It's never ending!

Finally done with Law School! =)

Commencement - 25th July 2013

Our graduation ceremony was held in RWS! I must say that SMU really lacks a giant auditorium or something for this kind of school wide events. But oh well, I'm not complaining since we got RWS instead! The ceremony booklet stated that we were supposed to reach RWS at 830am (insane time), but somehow my alarm didn't ring and I woke up at 810am. HAHAHAAH. FTW I know. In the end, my family and I only reached around 9am so I was in a mad rush by the time we got there.

After going into the robing room, we all had to quickly dress up and report to the ballroom.

Found my mummy in the crowd of parents! While I was in the robing room, my parents went to buy the graduation bear! It's so freaking cute in the graduation gown! The bear was priced at a ridiculous $60 I think?!!?? Okay, but I guess it's a once in a lifetime event and the bear is after all wearing the official SMU graduation robes + SMU Law's purple hood.
