Just got home from studying

My doggie noticed that I came home and couldn't even be bothered get out of bed to say hello! He is a super lazy bum!

Fleeting thoughts

Went to have dinner at the Lao Beijing a la carte buffet a few weeks back! No idea what date this is except that it is probably a Friday because I remember having to go to work after being stuffed full of fried dumplings and fried man tou! We went to the Orchard Central outlet and didn't expect it to be REALLY CROWDED so we only reached at 730pm! There was a super long queue and so we actually had to wait till 9pm before we were seated! Angeline and I were starving so we headed off to Dean & Deluca to find something to munch on first! Got two custard buns and a croissant! Managed to eat half of the croissant before my dear friends (Angeline, Pei Hua, Vinay) made me feel very guilty.

The buffet comes with one serving of popiah each! But we all agreed that the ones we make at my house are nicer! =)

Each of our 1st plate for the night! I just remember eating LOTS of man tou and guo tie! WAS SO FULL WHEN I GOT TO WORK AFTER THAT.

Ice cream puffs for dessert!! Not bad but they were totally frozen!

The guys very busily eating. Shall go back and have the buffet again one day! =)

Sometimes I really wonder if I go a little insane at times. I think that my life is horrible when I guess it really isn't. Maybe it's the fact that I am still trying to finish my Insurance and Trade readings for tomorrow morning when I actually feel like watching a whole drama series??!!?!? The bad thing is, when I'm unhappy, I tend to have a very strong urge to shop. WHY. I really need a distraction. No, actually what I really need is to finish my readings for tomorrow.

WHY DO I NEED TO STUDY. DAMN.

Went a little crazy yesterday.

Bought an Hermes Kelly Double Tour in Rouge Casaque and PHW =) Super in love with it!

That's when I went further off the hook and bought another two Miu Miu St Cocco Bracelets because I am currently in a bracelet obsession. Was originally going to buy the Balengciaga cuff in Rose Blush but the Miu Miu St Cocco bracelets are more girly! Plus the very helpful SA showed me how to hook two bracelets together to make it sort of a double tour because the double tours are no longer being made. Better pictures soon! (these terrible pictures below are from my touch, debating if I should sell it off)

Shall stop obsessing and go study now =)

Toffee's 8th Birthday!

Celebrated my doggie's birthday a few weeks back! It was so coincidental that Toffee's birthday is less than a week after Bear Bear's (my cousin's dog) birthday and they are both 8 this year! My extended family always have a weekly Sunday mahjong gathering so we decided to have a co-celebration then! =) Ordered a blueberry flavoured fresh cream cake from US Doggie Bakery! There were many flavours to choose from but because they were both boys, we decided on a blueberry one because the cake will be blue (instead of pink for strawberry or yellow for vanilla, etc)!

We took a sequence of shots where we were attempting to get 2 dogs and 3 humans to all look at the camera at the same time! EPIC FAIL.

You see what I mean about him not moving! He doesn't even attack the cake at all! Toffee would have attacked it in a mere second.

Love this life =)

Am quite sure that I didn't do very well for Trade Law Mids but OH WELL! RECESS WEEK IS HERE! I am going to start by shopping online today and napping till the cows come home! Hopefully followed by a whole day of shopping on Monday, doing absolutely NOTHING on Tuesday (Am essentially aiming to be a useless blob =), having a Restaurant week lunch and finally TGIW at Zouk on Wednesday night!! Finally got an off on a day which I do not have lessons on the next day! Wednesday shall be drink and be merry day =)

Driving me crazy

Just got home from studying =) Trade law midterm revision is finally moving! It was so painful to start but at least I got it done! Am really looking forward to recess week in exactly 4 days time!! Got super lots of things planned out! Shopping, eating at Restaurant Week, a BBQ, catch-up sessions with dear friends and laze-at-home-and-do-nothing days!! *super excites*

Going to watch a bit of Sherlock before I fall asleep =)
