Halloween!

I slept at 530am, woke up at 1130am. I think I feel awake now but always end up feeling like crashing during dinner time, 6pm to 9pm. No wonder I felt like shit yesterday evening after studying with Carina, made the bf tau pau dinner for us back home instead. Crashed right after eating my burger, woke up, then back to work till the AM. Think I might do the same thing tonight. Going to town to shop for stuff that I need (black and white clothes, so boring), watching The Town, then back to bf's house to watch my Chelsea match =)

Going to spend halloween doing CLS presentation and FA report. So sad.

It's a love story, baby just say yes.

Still awake. What's new right. Haha. Did bizorg readings for monday's class, a little bit of FA report, part of CLS presentation for tuesday. Why is there still a ton of things to do? Lately, I think everything has taken a toll on me. I choose staying home over going to town, when they bf asks if I want to watch a movie or have a quiet dinner in instead, I choose staying in, I have no energy or time to even get my nails done and I constantly cancel on people. The moment all the presentations and exams are over, I'm going to be soo much happier.

There are really sooo many things I want to do but I either have no time or have no energy. I haven't shopped in town for SOOOOO LONG. I want to go to Cafe del mar and lie on the beach eating my french fries and drinking coke. I want to eat roast duck pizza at timbre. I want to go out without having to worry about my work waiting for me at home. To fall asleep at the bf's house without jumping awake when the alarm rings, telling me to start on my readings. I want to watch a WHOLE DAY of teevee without anything else on my mind. Okay, I think I really really want to shop. The shopping spree for hamster stuff and VS was just a temporary fix.

Roughly sorted out next sem's timetable. Classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Exactly what I wanted =D Thursday and Friday all to myself! No more night classes and supper, which I must admit that I will definitely miss. Tell you all when I actually get the classes.

Can't be afraid of the dark

I'm so distracted lately. Not at all keeping up with what I planned to study/read. SOMEONE PLEASE DRAG ME OUT TO STUDY. I should sleep early tonight. If not tmr morning's lesson is going to be screwed.

SHIT. HALLOWEEN IS THIS SUNDAY. I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S HAPPENING. WHY.

Our module bidding is starting on MONDAY. AND THE CLASS SCHEDULE TO CHOOSE FROM IS NOT EVEN OUT YET. Time flies! Term is ending soon, its now week 11. Exams are week 15. HAHA. INSANE. I FEEL SO SCREWED. HAHA.

------------Jellybean and Soyabean update-----------
Bought:
- Pastel-coloured cotton balls for my beans as bedding
- Habitrail extension for their bathroom (soyabean is one mean pooping machine)
- Cage sanitizer to spray the cage and hamsters
- Another hamster wheel (red, the original one was orange) in hope that they will not quarrel over who gets to run/sit/sleep on the wheel

I think they are on the way to becoming spoilt hamsters. Before I adopted them, they were living with another 15 hamsters in the exact same cage as I have now. So you can kind of say they upgraded to practically a semi-d house, and from having to share 1 wheel with the other 15, they now have their own bloody wheel.

Don't rain on me please!

At 5am, I was awaken by my beans in the midst of a quarrel over who gets to go on the wheel. Had to scold them and poke them more than 3 times. So for that next hour, I had practically no sleep. Then now? They are happily snuggling TOGETHER in the corner of the cage.

Super inefficient studying at home. Going out to buy hamster stuff and find a starbucks.

You put your arm around me for the first time

I think I am sort of attempting to kill myself right now, painting my nails in an air-conditioned room! Yucks. The smell is *chokes*. Why am I painting my nails at 3 am in the morning? Because I have a bloody rule that I do not go out with unpainted nails (I think unpainted nails do not look nice). I realized a while ago that I have class at 12 noon and so I better paint them now so that I won't be panicking when I wake up late, etc.

I'm hungry =(

Tell me what you want to hear, something that were like those years

I think I really am a world-class procrastinator sometimes. Full of excuses.

Spent the WHOLE Thursday night till don't know what AM settling the VS stuff.

Spent WHOLE FRIDAY night eating/sleeping/watching bf and friends playing poker.

Spent WHOLE SAT morning and afternoon sleeping and watching teevee.

I suspect I burnt out after Prop Presentation 3 weeks ago. I am bloody inefficient, lazy, etc. AND I HATE INEFFICIENCY.

OH YA. AND YOU KNOW, SIZZLER'S ICE CREAM MACHINE TOTALLY CHEATED MY FEELINGS. If you have eaten at Sizzler's before, they have an ice cream machine right! (Something like the macs that kind of machine) There are like 3 options, Vanilla, Chocolate or the mixed twist one. APPARENTLY NOW THEY CHANGED IT TO YOGHURT OR CHOCOLATE ONLY. WTH. WHERE IS MY VANILLA. IF I WANTED YOGHURT I WOULD GO YAMI OR FROLICK RIGHT. WHERE IS MY VANILLA ICE CREAM. Bf said I looked so sad, offered to go macs and get my ice cream cone for me. But in the end I decided to stuff myself with more croutons. I like croutons =)

Today we were just counting how old my dog was. He's 6 years old! Haha. To me, he will always be a puppy! Haha. Today he very happily sat on the swing with me, then he decided to put his head on my lap. Sooo cute =)

FINALLY ORDERED THE VS STUFF! I alone spent about USD130 out of the USD280 that we ordered. But they are having some offer now so in the end after adding international direct shipping, mine is USD121! =D

That's all the shopping for this month! Cannot buy anymore stuff! SO EXCITING.

I FEEL SO AWAKE. Must be the happiness from buying lots of stuff over the last few days =D Wait till I get my jellybean and soyabean =D

How unlucky can you be in a year.

Yesterday, I was involved in my 3rd traffic accident of the year. OMG. A year. First was I think May or sth. Stupid taxi driver didn't brake at all and hit my stationary car from behind. Second was just 2 weeks ago when I was in a cab on the way to school. But this one was just a slight bump from the car behind, no injury to anyone cause I was a damn soft hit. Yesterday night (this morning) is the worse of them. Just outside my house some more. I was in a cab coming from Bedok south (perpendicular to the mrt track) crossing the big traffic junction to tanah merah kechil road, then this idiot driver who was on the left filter lane turning left into tanah merah kechil road DIDN'T EVEN STOP AND BANGED RIGHT INTO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TAXI. The cab almost spun (but luckily the driver counter-steered), half went up the curb, then there was this scary moment that we were heading straight for a tree, but seriously lucky that the driver managed to control the car and stop. And this was actually going through my head "why the car at the filter lane driving so fast? ---> wah, he's going to have to brake hard ---> *bang* ---> SHIT ---> TREE! ---> OMG SO LUCKY". The cab driver was concussed and taken away by an ambulance. I was lucky to just end up with a painful hip/butt bone (hit the door), slight pain on my head (hit the glass window), scrapped elbow and toe.

The best part was that, it seems so fated that I was to end up on that cab and the accident. (1) We were actually at butter, but decided to go st james (2) We were ordering food at the winbar at st james when I actually decided to go home SO THAT I CAN MAKE IT FOR KLOW'S CLASS AT 9AM (the music was damn good and I was very undecided to go home early or not) (3) I got into THE CAB which just HAPPENED to drive to the inside car park of st james (the cabs normally queue at the taxi queue at the outer road. Really lucky that someone decided that it wasn't my time to die yet.

Need to go make police report etc later. There goes my study date with tifen.

And I end up not going for the 9am class that I was actually trying to go for.

I wanted to buy the blue-coloured bedding but it was damn ex. Maybe next time! Still need to get bathing sand (strawberry scented) and chew toys!

Anyway, I got discounts from pet safari and rebates and etc. So not soo jialat. For the food, bedding and carrier, I got it from some SG online pet store. FREE DELIVERY TO YOUR DOORSTEP =) Rest from pet safari at simei. Now feels so weird. I got almost everything except my jellybean and soyabean!

Toffee is damn happy with his KONG ball. Really indestructible. Haha. My doggie can pierce through soccer balls (the nike addidas kind) and have destroyed countless toys. Finally something that won't spoil!

I left my head and my heart on the dancefloor

I I am getting jellybean and soyabean on MONDAY!!! =) So exciting!! Decided to get 2 so that jellybean won't be lonely! Unless anyone can come up with a cuter name, its going to be called soyabean! Bf laughed sooo hard at the names I chose, then asked me what's going to happen if he feels like drinking soyabean! HAHA. Cause he likes soyabean.I spent lots of time today researching about hamsters and picking out stuff I'm going to get for my jellybean and soyabean! My babies will get lots of interesting stuff. The yellow one below is their potential carrier that I'm going to get for them! The school bus's dashboard is a food bowl, it comes with a bottle and can be connected to other cages with the tubes thing! THE WHEELS ARE EVEN FUNCTIONAL! Still debating about the car below! I'm going to get them the ball thing so they can roll around the house, so not sure whether to buy the car since it like duplicated function. They are going to have nice nice food also. HAHA. Wait till you hear what I'm going to feed them! I need 2 adventurous and hyper-active males! Yays! Conned my brother to go with me to Pet Safari at Eastpoint tmr to check out cages and stuff!

I WANT A MALE ONE THAT WILL NOT BITE ME. Apparently males are more docile (since when??!!?). Okay fine, even if it wasn't male, I probably won't be able to tell. I need a hamster name! I was googling hamster names just now (too bored during class), and wow, weird hamster names started popping up!! At first there were cute ones: Oreo, Buster, Marble, Mimi, Caramel, etc... Then apparently, "obi-wan, ebi, einsten, versace, crouton and kobe" are popular hamster names?!? Haha. I want to name mine JELLYBEANS =)

She's got a love like woe

I don't really feel like sleeping yet. So a random post!

You know how people float by your life? I've lost countless people over the years. Haha, like try asking me if I know so-and-so from like Primary or Secondary school or something. HAHA. Probably can't remember much people. (Plus I mainly try to block out Dunman High years since I really really hated the culture there and everything. I think I lucked out when I managed to run away to IP. HAHA. In my mind, it was like ANYWHERE BUT HERE PLEASE!) Was trying to think who I used to hang out with in Primary school etc, but hmm, my memory kind of fails me. I can roughly remember sneaking off to buy taiwan sausages after school before going home (I was supposed to go straight home in case I get abducted or lost or sth, haha). Sometimes people tell me "remember that time that you ....", and I'm like "have meh!?!? since when?!?! how come I don't remember saying/doing/that happening?" Maybe I just have bad memory. Sometimes I think back and I am amused at my own guts. HAHA. Brings back laughs. One thing I probably regret is that I don't get to see my friends a lot! Even now! Holidays doesn't count okay. You law school people don't count because omg, I see you all like 5 days or more a week, every week. Haha. We're all busy, buried in school work, at army doing duty, live so far, lazy, etc. Some weeks I don't even get time for myself that I don't even feel like going anywhere or doing anything! But I really do miss you all even though we hardly do get to meet up! I've let many people slip by already, so oh man, I want to make sure I don't ever let any of you go!! Especially since everyone will only get busier and busier (can simply not imagine working life) Anyway, love you all =)

Chicken wings!

Level two! Apparently this is no kick and is fine like any normal spicy chicken wings.

LEVEL FIVE. When it arrives at your table, you can actually smell the chilli. Like it hits you in the face. Terrible for people like me, who eats Level zero ones.

I AM SO HAPPY.

I HAVE JUST FINISHED MY RESEARCH PAPER.

YES!!!

After sooo many days and nights of fretting over it.

Plus I have 2 tubs of Ben and Jerry's in my favourite flavours sitting in the freezer =)

TMR I AM GOING TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING ACADEMIC.

Since I'm not going to sleep yet, I shall blabber on about random stuff.

Kicked the very sharp edge of the platform in my room this morning. Now my shin (or however it's supposed to be spelt) has like a hole or sth? Bled not long after kicking it. Damn painful okay. It's not the usual I kicked the stairs kind of pain that goes away after awhile.

Then, if you haven't read my FB status, it says "today I had to pay $21.50 for a cab ride to school, just because I wanted to sleep for 20 more minutes. that's $1 per minute of sleep. fml." I think it is pretty self-explanatory. I was stupid because I thought ERP gets cheaper the later it is. Yes, that is true ONLY AFTER YOU PASS THE MOST EXPENSIVE TIMING. Context: Last Thursday, my daddy agreed to send me to school, 2 ERP gantries (think it was $2.00 for ECP and $2.50 for the one at Bencoolen) . So, going by my wonderful theory above, I thought by sleeping in for slightly longer, I was going to save $$$ at the same time. BUT ALAS, 8:30am - 8:55am is NOT a good time to go through ERP gantries. Cost me $3.00 and $2.50 if I remember correctly. I learnt something else too, leaving my house at 835am will definitely not get me to school by 9am unless I fly or teleport.

Oh, the other day I told my mum that next time, I'm going to laser off this particular mole on my face that I don't really fancy. (The parallelogram one can stay =) She didn't freak out or anything, she just said I'd better go and see fortune tellers first and check if that mole is a good one. HAHA.

Last week, I ate chicken rice 4 times. The previous week before that, I ate fillet-o-fish 4 times. Haha. No trend this week =( Maybe 4 cadbury bars in a week? But that's not a lot anyway.

I think my bro is secretly eating my B and J's.

In one hour, we are going to sit for a mid term exam. And well, none of us studied for it. Why? BECAUSE WE WERE GIVEN ONE 6 PAGE ARTICLE AND TOLD THAT THE EXAM WILL BE BASED ON IT. That's all. Feels so bloody insecure. Haha. So weird. What on earth can he test us on?!?!?! Bought 2 cadbury bars just in case later the question is so funny (in a bad way), and I can't think of anymore crap to write. Haha. Such a joke luh! Going to laugh.

The day is not starting out well

Okay, that was 2008. Haha. The day the bf popped the question to be official.

Below is 2010:

I was supposed to wake up at 930am. Which is obviously quite impossible (ya ya). Snoozed until 11am. Finally decided to roll out of bed after awhile, print out the 44 wonderful pages on collective sales. AND NOW, I CANNOT FIND MY STAPLER. AND APPARENTLY THERE IS NO OTHER STAPLER I CAN FIND IN THE HOUSE. So tempted to go popular and grab a few staplers and position them all over the house.

Need to make the trek to bf's house now actually. But it's too hot. Shall wait for the sun to decide to not shine so brightly. I feel like eating the mee pok outside my house. BUT WHY IS IT SO HOT OUTSIDE. If they install aircon, I'll definitely make a run for it. Okay, nvm =) Just called the bf and hehe, he's going to cook my favourite char mee for me! =) Muahaha.
