I feel like giving up. Okay, secretly a part of me has already given up. But now I feel like giving up in totality (is there such a word).
After finish reading leases and estoppel muggers, I AM NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING RELATED TO STUDYING. TO HELL WITH THE MILLIONS OF THINGS I PROBABLY DO NOT KNOW YET OR HAVE ALREADY FORGOTTEN. THIS IS SERIOUSLY DRIVING ME CRAZY.
I want to start work already! Haha. Need $$$ to go shopping!!! But am going on a cruise first! DEAR CRUISE, PLEASE DO NOT BE BORING. At least on the cruise I won't be spending $$$. HAHA.
Omg. It's raining, what a sign.
Bf coming to pick me for a quick dinner soon. AM SOOO BLOODY MISERABLE. I EVEN HAVE TO READ MUGGERS WHILE EATING DINNER LATER.
I want the car tmr. Really hope I get the car tmr. Forgot to ask. I don't bloody care if I end up chalking $20 in parking fees in town. fuck exams. I can stay in town and shop for all I care.
Bf just msged that he's coming now. Finally something nice to eat. I had maggi mee for lunch. Kfc delivery and macs delivery yesterday. What a pathetic life because of p/r/o/p final.
My beans are so fluffy. And I think they have gotten used to the idea of bathing. Now when I put them in the sink filled with water, they just go to the shallowest part and plant their butts down and do random things. No more frantic scrambling of old.
Bf is going z/o/u/k/o/u/t. After me asking for the millionth time whether or not he was going! Haha. Was supposed to go with him, BUT, haha, I have now ended up working at z/o/u/k/o/u/t. 12 hours straight =( With no air-con. Lucky that I haven't bought my ticket! WHO ELSE GOING? Come visit me!! =)

Didn't study at all today. Will read muggers as a bedtime story =( Too tired after watching the arsenal match and man utd match. Stare until my eyes pain.
Bought the blue fluffy bedding for my beans! Will take a picture when I change it! Bought a shampoo for them also, since I'm always washing their dirty butts.
Friday, November 26, 2010 I think I'm going slightly insane
I have 15 different financial accounting ratios to memorize by heart by 830am tmr morning.
I now know that I definitely do not have the super mathematical brain powers to be an accountant.
I find myself reciting my formula for my various ratios at very random times, like when I'm bathing, when I'm pouring myself cups of coke, and even when I tried to nap. My nap obviously failed and I gave up trying because all the stupid ratios are continuously floating around in my mind.
WHY CAN'T FA FINAL BE OPEN BOOK HUH.
I have damn bad memory.
Yesterday I was studying and watching my beans. They were both snuggling together asleep (so adorable) in one of the wheels. Then I suddenly a heard a *splat*, quickly turned to see what happened to my beans, then I saw that Soya had fallen off the wheel and was lying (not moving at all with eyes closed) belly up on the cage floor. Panicked because I thought he had a concussion and died/was dying. Decided to nudge and shake him hard to try to get a response, after a few seconds, he opened his eyes in a very blur state, THEN I REALIZED, THAT MY STUPID SOYABEAN FELL OFF THE WHEEL AND DIDN'T EVEN WAKE UP AFTER FALLING OFF. He absolutely win.
Here's my very no conducive study plan:
Tonight: study till 10pm, sleep at 11pm (exactly 8 hours of sleep =) Sat : paper at 830am, go bf's house maybe study A BIT?, house party at night Sun: study prop and kill myself Mon: kill myself a 2nd time studying prop Tues: prop paper 830am, FREEDOM =)
Stupid bf got med centre duty on tuesday -_- Of all days. So he'll miss out on our seafood dinner extravaganza! Haha. He was so sad when I told him. Then he got SAF ward duty on thursday -_- The day before I cruise to no idea where. Shall force him to go IKEA for early dinner as punishment.
You can simply not imagine how nice it is to just sit in the nail salon for two hours having 2 people simultaneously giving you a manicure and a pedicure. Then there is the pretty colour charts, the iced tea, the magazines, the soft velvety red cushions. They scrub, massage, moisturize everything. And of course, in the end, you end up with pretty nails. And the manicurists are all sooo friendly. I have gone back to having red nails. I know its stupid but I'm hoping red is a more auspicious colour. HAHA.
My brother is going to order macs delivery now. Haha. It's like almost the same routine every night. So my supper is almost guaranteed.
Today I wrote so much crap for CLS finals. Haha. And I actually laughed while I was writing because IT WAS SOOO BLOODY CRAP. So screwed.
I'm going on a cruise on the 3rd to the 6th December! Not sure where but I think we'll be floating around and making 2 stops somewhere not far from Singapore. Need someone to take care of my baby beans. (I think they're still babies cause the vet says they're tiny!) Not sure if the bf is free to baby them, if not, LIESEL, you have them for slightly more than a weekend! Haha!
Study study study. Bleah. 1 down, 3 to go!

I seriously cannot fall asleep. Normally, by now (or by a few hours ago), I would have woken up the sleeping bf to talk to me till I felt sleepy, or at least try to help make me sleepy. But he has 2 papers tmr (which is worse shit than me because I only have 1 at 1pm) and the morning one starts at 8am. Even my beans are sleeping, and they supposed to be nocturnal.
Can't sleep. I'm worried. Not so much for CLS exam tmr, because I know everyone is as badly screwed as I am.
And then there's something I need to tell my parents. I need to tell them soon. ARGH. But I know they might freak out (how bad is dependent on how crazy they already think I am) and might end up in a big quarrel of sorts because I am going to go my way no matter what they say or think. So now I have to convince them as nicely as I can and try my best not to blow up if they decide to blow up. I am going to attempt the incremental approach. Since I already am _____ so much anyway, so being the ______ would just be a teeny weeny step more right? Who knows, maybe they'll be cool with it. Somehow, I really doubt so. HOW. I need to tell them soon. I think to pick the most strategic time to, and the most strategic way to start my "speech". BUT THERE IS NO BEST TIME. I have exams till the 30th morning. Then I'm going off on the morning of the 3rd till the morning of the 6th. If I tell them like before 30th, I don't want to be arguing when I could have been mugging or sth. Don't want to say it between the 30th and the 3rd in case I spoil the trip. And if I tell them after the 6th, it will be a little too late cause they'll know I took sooo long to tell them and it will really be kind of late to tell them. This is really terrible.
WHY AM I SO WORRIED!
I really should be asleep by now.
I shall attempt to make myself damn sleepy with CLS slides.
My childhood friends and my brother (behind the bushes) and me without shorts and no front teeth. Haha.
Today I was suffering from a really bad headache. THEN I WENT OUT TO MEET FRIENDS TO STUDY AT MACS, HAD A REGULAR COKE AND A PACK OF MALTEASERS, AND NOW, I'M CURED. HAHA. I told you coke and chocolates can cure my headaches.

Back to stupid studying. I NEED SOME KIND OF REAL DIVINE INTERVENTION. Now would be a good time!! I'm being real pathetic today. I gave up having lunch and dinner out, was too lazy to call any food delivery. So ate oreos at 3pm, my lunch (cup noodles) at 5pm, then duck rice at 9pm. The laziness in me.
Soyabean is a really unhygienic hamster. Today I caught him sitting on a puddle of pee. Immediately scolded him, grabbed him, and put his butt under the running tap. ARGH. WHY WOULD ANYONE (OR ANYTHING) SIT ON PEE?!?!
Onto other things, I bought a toilet for my beans today. CROSS MY FINGERS THAT THEY'LL PEE AND SHIT THERE. I think I gave them a rude awakening (literally) when Like a G6 went on full blast on my macbook right beside them. HAHA. My mummy says its the most horrible song, apparently she heard it on the radio and she immediately switched stations!
EDITED (2:34am) MY BEANS ARE SUCH SMART ASSES. I SPY 4 PIECES OF SHIT IN THEIR TOILET!!! YES! I HAVE TWO SMART HAMSTERS! Okay, one of them mis-aimed and shit 1 piece in the wheel. BUT HEY, I can live with 4 out of 5 hits =)
Thursday, November 18, 2010 URGENTLY NEED HAMSTER WHISPERER
NEED SOMEONE TO:
(1) Explain to my beans that they should not pee in the wheel right after I washed the wheels [I washed their wheels for the 3rd time today and I wasn't even home from 2pm to 1am]
(2) Tell them to be less schizo [Had to rush out midway through my bath dripping wet to scold them for quarreling and attempting to roll on each other, then when I finished bathing less than 5 minutes later, they were sleeping TOGETHER in the SAME WHEEL and one of them had his head resting on the other]
My dad suggested putting up a sign on the wheel that says "NO PEE-ING HERE".
Hope the bf doesn't read this! Racking my brains to think of a nice place to go for birthday dinners =) Need to plan up cause its the FESTIVE SEASON! Not only that, there are a lot of bdays etc during then. XMAS, NY, Bf's BDAY, MY BDAY, CNY. Anyway, was ransacking my brain for dinner places for the bf's bday. Was thinking of White rabbit, Lawry's, Jewelbox, etc, but we've been to all these places before, and some even twice. SO THAT WAS WHEN IT HIT ME. I'm now quite decided on either Cable car dining at Mount Faber or dining on board the Singapore Flyer . Now I just have to be willing to cough up $$$. Haha. Mount Faber has 2 different prices, either $168 nett per couple for the Sapphire Set, or $249 nett per couple for the Diamond set. The food in the Sapphire set doesn't seem as enticing =( The S'pore Flyer one is $290 nett for 2 people but you still have to share a cabin with 8 other diners!! The cable car one is private, so much nicer. I don't like sharing, haha, probably go the mount faber one! Since its cheaper plus we had 1st year anniversary at Jewel box too =) Going to not go shopping for clothes for the next one month or so =) SAVE MONEY!!!! For my birthday, I'm thinking something like: 14 (fri) - Zouk 15 (sat) - Bday party 16 (sun) - Bday party 17 (mon) - SCHOOl =(
Mum asked me whether I was free next week to go get my Tiff and Co. key =) =) =) Told her cannot, now still soooo early!!! If I get it so soon, I'm quite sure I will not be able to resist not wearing it before my bday. Haha, but it makes me sooo bloody excited =)
I'm so used to calling my hamsters beans. Today, I was trying to tell the bf that dwarf winter whites (hamster species) tend to get diabetes easily, and I said "you know ah, this species of beans tend to get diabetes very easily!" Then he laughed and asked me since when beans can get diabetes -_-
Oh, and I was at United Square Starbucks today, AND I GOT A COUPON FOR A FREE TALL STARBUCKS BEVERAGE =) So happy =) Going to use it tmr =)
Sorry for the lack of posts during the whole weekend. Was camping a lot at the bf's house the last few days. Anyway, I've been wanting to do this post for a while now. Ever since you know, the slashing incidents. So the first one happened at d/o/w/n/t/o/w/n e/a/s/t, the next one at Bukit Panjang right? So, I was wondering, WHERE ON EARTH IS BUKIT PANJANG?!?!?! If you all don't already know, my sense of direction can be really quite bad, and to think I got 81/85 for my secondary 2 geography end of year exams. HAHA. Anyway, back to the point! I BET THERE ARE ALOT OF PLACES IN SINGAPORE THAT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THEY ARE EITHER! Let's name a few less well-known places and make guesses: (Disclaimer: The following places may not actually be THAT ulu, I heard of them before but I never exactly knew where they were, so oh well!)
(1) Bukit Panjang - This one I really have no guesses. PROBABLY SOMEWHERE FAR FAR FROM THE EAST. Don't like all the bukit bukit places. ALL BLOODY SOUND THE SAME.
(2) Ulu Pandan - THEY HAVE A RESERVOIR! I think. I think the name says it all. Probably is ulu and has a lot of pandan plants. I have one in my garden -_-
(3) Buangkok - This is where the white elephants live! HAHA. I know they have an MRT station?!?! Purple line? BTW, the elephants were quite cutely drawn!
(4) Choa Chu Kang - Never could differentiated this, YCK and LCK. But since I learnt driving at SSDC, and I never saw a cemetery there, so I shall bet that either this or (6) LCK is the cemetery! Every time we go "see" my dead grandparents at wherever they are, I sleep on the way so I have no idea where we go.
(5) Marsiling - AGAIN, PROBABLY SOMEWHERE FAR FAR FAR FROM THE EAST.
(6) Lim Chu Kang - SEE POINT (4)
AFTER STARING AT GOOGLE MAPS...
(1) = OMG. Haha. I think I went Bukit Panjang Plaza before! HAHA. North but near to the central? Near bukit batok (no idea where either except that it's on the red line).
(2) = Apparently no such thing as Ulu pandan reservoir -_- AND ITS NOT THAT ULU! It's joined to Holland Road and Clementi. So I guess that's WEST.
(3) = Between Hougang and Sengkang which is North east? Institute of Mental Health is now there!
(4) + (6) = NORTHWEST. CCK has schools and houses, and LCK looks real ulu with lots of green stuff, so I would imagine that all the cemeteries are at LCK. Good luck to the NS people since there seems to be a live firing range very near by.
(5) = MARSILING IS BESIDE WOODLANDS WHICH IS BESIDE ADMIRALTLY (not much help) WHICH IS BESIDE SEMBAWANG WHICH IS ON TOP OF YISHUN. So that would make it VERY NORTH and near wherever Woodlands is, which I will presume is near Johor since there is Woodlands checkpoint.
Back to more normal thoughts! Haha. Was thinking about my 21st just now. HOW HOW. I DON'T CARE AH. YOU ALL MAKE YOURSELVES FREE ON THE WEEKEND BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY. I DON'T CARE WHAT ARMY WHAT SCHOOL WHAT OTHER CRAP.
Jelly almost gave me a heart attack this morning. I left my house at 815am with both beans running around in their cage. Then at 845am, just when I stepped into school, my maid called me sounding very worried. She said Jelly was lying belly up and shaking, then when she prodded him, he didn't respond. SHE ACTUALLY SAID SHE THINKS JELLY IS DYING. Omg. At that moment I thinking about cabbing home in rush hour traffic. Told her to faster wrap him in a towel and give him all his cotton balls, at this moment, soya was still running around in his wheel happily. Then I called Vinay, who told me his hamster had this same kind of episode before but after 20 minutes she became totally okay again. Decided to stay in class and asked my maid to monitor the situation, because the vet wasn't going to be open until 10am anyway. Super frantic and worried. I think I was going to cry if jelly really was dying. Was planning to leave class during the break to go home and bring jelly to the vet. Called my maid 30 minutes into my class cause I was so worried and wasn't even listening. SHE SAID HE WAS OKAY ALREADY AND WAS HAPPILY PLAYING WITH HIS TOILET ROLLS! Super relieved. And apparently, after my maid wrapped jelly in the towel to keep him warm, soya came along and licked jelly a lot (the are you okay kind of licking) then after awhile, jelly was back to normal! So impressed with soya, although he always like to push jelly away when jelly comes to disturb him, etc, he was actually worried about jelly and went to lick him! Happy then even though they have arguments here and there, they still secretly love and care about each other (IN A BROTHERLY WAY). Can't imagine if any of them died, and I only had them for 2 weeks plus!
Thursday, November 11, 2010 I came to dance dance dance dance
I just typed a post and deleted the whole thing. Don't really know what I feel like saying. Mixed feelings about EVERYTHING. I should really get down to reading for tmr's lesson. ARGH. But I feel sooo sick of everything. Plus I feel real tired. I cabbed to and fro the vet this morning. Then cabbed to and fro from my house to bishan. That set me back by $30 today just on cab fares. Then I did another manicure because I was sooo sick of my chipped nails and I had sushi for lunch (not exactly the cheapest meal). And now, I still don't really feel rejuvenated. I was thinking of going somewhere for a nice dinner on the 27th! Ya, 27th is the special day and it happens to be on a saturday too! I suggested a buffet (drooling at the though of either ritz or shangri-la), then the bf said cannot, to quote him exactly, he said "cannot, later fat already". HAHA. First time he turned down a buffet offer from me! He says he rather go have a nice steak, then I realized steak probably means burning a bigger hole since being greedy, I always have soup + main course + dessert. Haha. Now I'm thinking Raffles hotel since I have a voucher for complimentary meals for 2 people either at Tiffin room or Bar & Billiard room =) Been wanting to try out the food there. This also gives me an excuse to go buy more dresses! Muahaha! CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, BF'S BDAY, MY BDAY, CNY!!
I must only take REAL public transport tmr. NO MORE CABS!

Today was inner-bitch day. Not going to elaborate who it is about. Just knowing that these kind of horrible people exist is enough.
Today, one of my group mates tried give me high blood pressure. No, this person is not one of my friends, just a group mate. WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME WHAT SHOULD YOU PRESENT ABOUT LESS THAN TWO HOURS BEFORE OUR PRESENTATION?!!?!?! Anyway, its over.
Today, in the middle of CLS class, I split melted butter over myself (you would not want to know which part) -_- Damn gross. I was "oily" for the rest of the lesson and the smell of butter really clung on to me. Reminds me of those bodybuilders who put lots of oil on themselves. EEEEEE. Why would anyone want to smear lots and lots of oil on yourself (oil massages are of course an exception)!
Today confirmed that I am on the way to a record to providing significant entertainment to profs. On Monday, my lobo prof laughed at me -_-

Me: Huh? Who is ACDC?
Prof: Who is ACDC?!?!?!?? *BIG HEARTY LAUGH* HIYO! (imagine my caucasian prof saying hiyo)
Well, we have never seen him laugh so happily and loudly before. But in my defence, HALF THE CLASS WERE AS CLUELESS AS TO WHO ACDC WAS AS I WAS OKAY.
Now I know, they are some apparently very famous band. But hey! They're suuuuper old. You can't possibly expect me to know some old people right! Hiyo.
Then today, I was semi-violently attempting to extract my black pumps (for ppt) from a plastic bag because I was still in haviannas and our presentation was in less than 5 minutes. Then our FA prof started laughing. NO IDEA WHAT WAS SO FUNNY.
Bf starting A'level GP paper tmr/today! Good luck babes =D

OH YA. AND TODAY/TMR IS MY BROTHER'S BDAY!

I just finished cleaning my whole hamster cage. And what did I get? Bloody chipped my manicure and stupid soyabean decided to immediately grace the wheel with 2 pieces of shit. How can anything shit SOOOOOOOO much!?!?!?!? This is like impossible.
Saturday, November 06, 2010 Jellybean refuses to wake up and actually goes back to sleep twice!
I suspect that jellybean was thinking "WHY WOULDN'T THIS PERSON JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!" So cute when he wakes up momentarily and gives the "huh?!?! what's happening" look.
I was intending to do a significantly long post this morning, but after zouk and supper, I think I died and then I didn't go for my 9am lesson -_- I seriously hope prof will not see the "trend" cause I have been mysteriously absent for 3 Thursday 9am classes in a row.
Super tiring day yesterday! Class --> project meetings --> manicure --> met tifen for dinner + movie + shopping --> home --> zouk --> dim sum supper --> finally back home.
We ate at Hot Tomato (313 somerset) and then watched Incite Mill. We both watch until damn scared! Tifen was using her jacket to cover her whole face except part of her eyes while I was looking through the holes in my grey holey jacket. I watch until I damn nervous cause people keep getting killed!!! Even after the show still like uneasy. Haha. I am a chicken. OH. HAHA, HAVE TO SAY THIS! SOMEONE LET ME HAVE HIS SEAT ON THE MRT RIDE HOME! HAHA. Soooo happy. So I was happily sitting all the way from lavender to tanah merah =D And the middle-aged lady who was standing beside me looked at me unhappily. Haha. I didn't snatch the seat from her okay! It was for me!
Again very happy when there was my pan-fried dumplings at the dim sum place!! =) But was quite stoned by then even though it was still quite early! BTW, absolutely love my nail colour now. And I made the bf say that they are nice. Luckily he never start on his usual speech about how guys (including him) do not look at girl's nails, so they don't exactly matter to him, whereby I will then say that the nails are not for him and for myself. Manicurist asked what I did to my nails, why they were dry, then I told her how I cannot get out of the house if my nails were unpainted, she laughed. The manicurists at ladyfinger @ OC are really very nice and friendly =)

I think I will kill for more sleep.
CLS presentation tmr night. We worked from 5pm till 130am. Then quick supper at Simpang at 2am.
My beans woke me up about 5 times between 5am and 7am today. Soyabean keeps bullying jellybean. Then I have to keep jumping out of bed to make soyabean stop irritating jelly. Troublesome like babies. I hope they don't do that again tonight.
OH. HAHA. RANDOM FACT FOR TODAY: I shit only when I feel like shitting (normally once every 3 days?) There was once when I was in Italy last dec, I only shit after 1.5 weeks. HAHA.
