I super applaud this Singtel Blackberry Tech guy who spent 45 minutes trying to help me to configure my very stubborn mac and blackberry to connect to the 3G! So now when I go to work, I can use my BB's 3G to give my macbook internet (cause we can't use the internet at the office except on our desktops)!! SUPER DAMN HAPPY. I was seriously going to give up already because it totally refused to connect soooooo many million times. SUPER F-ING HAPPY NOW =D
Plus I called AMEX to find out why my card kept getting declined (no I did not hit the card limit if that's what you are thinking). Apparently my card is now void cause it's the old one and they sent me a new one with the EMV chip in FEBRUARY 2011. NOW IS JULY AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS EMV CHIP CARD. No idea what happened to it. WHY LIKE THAT? At least I finally got to the bottom of finding out so now I'm getting a new card.
From this two encounters in one night, I really think that customer service officers on the phone are SUPER NICE. Super patient and helpful, etc. Wish I was like that! Haha. Wait long also don't have!
